Refund and Returns Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. This policy complies with e-commerce guidelines under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
Replacement Eligibility
• Products damaged during transit qualify for replacement (not refund).
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with order ID and clear photos of damage.
• We reserve the right to deny if misuse, tampering, or invalid claims are found.
